You would most likely want at least Fools mod too for it to be compareable to high end RW/unique bows. check this thread in the Zon forum for some really nice bows =) Rare, however...

Yeah, but Fools and Cruels cant spawn on the same magic bow. Would be awesome though^^. I thought that this high ed% elite bow deserved a spot here, although its not good at all, for a magic its cute.

Ofcourse it would be a waste of the jewels, but its fun to fantasize about this bow having 2sox 40ias and 2x 40/15 jewels inside. 70ias and 365ed on a magic bow

A DR summoner would be fun, and completely unkillable.

Even if the skellies are off being stupid and an enemy somehow gets to you, he won't be able to kill you. The skellies will just finish what they are doing and come back to murder him.

That is strange.

Maybe it just has the jewelers prefix but because the item type doesn't support 4 sockets it only has 3 of them.

Correct observation. If an item can't have 4 or 3 sox, it gets less from jewelers or artisans. Else jewelers circlets would have 4 sox.....
