Yeah, I've lost to mei quite a few times before I left SC lld. Him and Pawn routinely handed me my ***.
As for the conc barbs : In ideal. Basically they cant be block locked and the damage is going to just keep on coming, generally more so than you can kick out ( personally on my kickers I leave my life at the 1k mark and start to pump dext alot..ar/dmg and what not) but that's just my experience. My 34 druid never lost to a kicker, but that was before they became popular and subsequently better people used them
