Thank you for add a ctrl key since soon the text will disappear and I'll not find it on the keyboard. That is very kind of you :azn: I can add a full working C key to the deal too. It's selfcubed from one selffound B and one traded B. It have'nt poofed for me so far :azn:

Sounds awesome, but tell me: what can I do with a C key if the q, s, shift and ctrl keys are missing? :azn: Oh well, I guess I'll just trade the fully selfcubed legit C key for a new keyboard then (legit C keys are very rare). "N Keyboard O C key", here I come! :grin:

Sometimes you guys forget that there are many people playing that do not speak english, or speak it very badly.

I dont know what is the word for "keyboard" in french. I guess that should be very funny for french people.

Dont get me wrong, i dont think the fun is offensive, is just i dont find the joke funny. It would be slightly funnier if we knew the people involved were english. Not much funnier tho.

Its not offensive. It is daily life on b.net :laugh:

btw, keyboard = clavier ;)

and people on b.net are not normal people. When I go on b.net I start to chat with ppl I dont consider myself any more normal :grin:



 
While funny, one thing has me confused.

On pic 2, the "these lines were said in the trade screen". Afaik, everyone sees whatever you type unless its whispered. I don't know why you wouldn't see what someone typed just because the trade screen is up.....

However, that being the case, just makes them ever MORE stupid...

If 2 persons are in the trading screen (cfr in a trade game) only those 2 players can see eachother's messages. All others in the game can't read them. It works the same way around too: if you are in the trade screen, you can only see what your trade partner is saying, and not what all other players in the game are messaging ^^

I am so gonna have to try that out, because TBH, I am still skeptical. I don't even get how or why such a thing would be needed.

The reason it is done is very simple: imagine you make a game in which you wanna sell a HoZ. 5 People come in, and you open the trading screen with one of them. If it would be possible for everyone to hear your conversation, you would get stuff like this:

You: What do you offer?"
Player 1 (the one you're in the trading screen with): 4 HRs
Player 2 (one outside the trading screen): Lol? 4 HR's is way too much for a HoZ!
You: Please don't interrupt Player 2. 4 HR's is fine by me, if you include Jah and Ber.
Player 3: I want that HoZ! 4 HR's + Ist for it!
Player 1 (puts on the 4 HR's, but not the Jah and Ber): Like this?
Player 2: WTF OMG NOOB don't do that!! I offer 3 HR's, Jah Ber and Vex!

Haha :laugh: It's a nice conversation you got there. I guess it would be problems like that if everybody see what you're writing in the trade window. I've never think about it before :scratch:

Edit: I'm sorry, I have no proof that the C key is legit. It was a drunk guy called mephisto that made a giveaway on the street and I got this one, so I dunno if it's legit. :/


 
Hmm I'll take you on your word then, since that other C key you sold me was legit too ^^ It's closable, although I value my totally wicked godly gloves at C + spacebar :laugh:
 
I can't believe Gorny hasn't moved this to the Europe Trade Forum. This is outright misplaced, obviously.
