does lightning mastery boost all kind of lightning dmg,
say like dmg from sword whit 4 p topaz's or lightning dmg on a runeword wep?

im making an untwinked sorc based on dream of winters fire meele sorc,
and figured i could use some easy to find lightning gear til im hopefuly able to get me a dream helm.

You could even make a sorc that boosts the elemental damage on the IK maul (together with 3 other IK pieces) via her masteries, although fun not nearly as strong as dream builts.

to bad the str rec for ik maul is so hi:weep:

I dont care if its not as powerfull as dreams sorc,
I only want to be able to kill in hell (althoug slow) and if the almighty god of diablo :cloud9: would grant me the runes for dream thats iceing on the cake.

If that really bothers you, you could put hels/-req jewels in it. You are going to have 150ish strength with gloves and belt anyway.

IK sorcs work pretty well.
