Diablo II: Resurrected - Killing The Cow King will not Prevent new Portals

According to Diablo II: Resurrected Community Manager, PezRader, killing The Cow King in Diablo II: Resurrected will not prevent players from opening new portals to the Secret Cow Level. This is a change the community has been asking for in the remaster of Diablo II.
