Actually from what I recall weaponblock does have fbr breakpoints, and guardian angel will effect them.
What was never confirmed though is if this actually has any gameplay effect.

yeah thought so too ... i think i saw a fbr table on pvpwest.com where they said that the fbr caps were for ALL kinds of blocking...

Why would you want that? Isnt claw block a 2frame block? That's fast enough in my opinion

No, it isn't. It is the same speed as a normal shield block. The only 2-frame block is with Holy Shield.
