Is this rare trap claw anygood?

Found this just now, was wondering if it's any good for a lite trapsin. I mean yeah it does have the +2 sin +3ls, but what other mods would you need on it to be useful rather than just skills?

yup, thats a pretty gg trap claw.

besides the 2/3, the rest of the mods are pretty crap, but it has the advantage of being in a -30wsm claw.

extra gg affixes would be: fools, 2os, 30+ias, knockback (if there was fools too) and extra staffmods. but thats pretty sweet, don't trade it off cheap.
