just don't depend on end-game items with imbue, would be extreme luck to get anything decent, trust.

This +2 pal(shield) = clvl65 is interesting as that is the level quoted on the webbies but (and this was a subject of a thread i made that was ignored) level req for equiping is 75% that of the clvl of the highest mod on an item but to equip a pala shield you need to be lv 58 which seems to imply the clvl is somewhere around 77-78. Can anyone explain this inconsistency?

The clvl = .75(affix level) rule is true for most lower level mods, but it is not followed every time. The only reason I can see why Blizzard would lower the affix levels is so they are easier to aquire. There are no shenanigans going on here. :lol:
