How to find max requirements?

I've read a Barbarian guide that said to put points in Dex only to be able to wield my favorite swords, not more.
So I'd like to know what is the *maximum* required Dex for any existent sword in the game, so as not to have any surprises later. Where can I find some official info, preferably without having to look at endless lists of weapons?

A common end-game sword base is Phase Blade, which requires 136 dexterity, which also happens to be the highest.
