Hireling with insight - critical strike boable?

I wonder if the critical strike lvl on insight is boable? I know that an aura hireling's aura is boable, but what about the +x critical strike?

I'm confused... Critical strike is boable?!

If you're asking if the critical strike level can be increased by +skills, yes it can. And I think it works on mercs too.
