hey everyone!

I'm new to the forums so i thought I'd post an introduction thread! I had an old account on here but my old email can't be accessed so I had to make this new one! Well, it's been a while, but I picked up Diabloii LoD and started the addiction again :whistling:

Are there any tournaments that anyone would recommend?

Have a nice day and thanks fer yer time!

Re: hey everyone!

But who are you? Some info on gender, occupation, age, location, favorite builds and/or other small talk would be nice:)

Either way, I`m not gonna kick you in the crotch or steal your wallet or anything, just welcome you to the forums.

I like The Certain Death tournament, but I`m getting too impatient for the single-pass tourney style these days, so there are probably other guys who can recommend more tournaments. I`m sure they will come along shortly.

Welcome:wave:

Have fun!

Oh, and read the stickies.

Re: hey everyone!

I live in Connecticut, USA, and today is a snow day so I finally had the time to set up an account and mess around. The names Jared, I'm 18, currently in my senior year of High School. My favorite builds have always been the generic Fishymancer, but I also highly enjoy Frost Zealots and Shapeshifters.

Another Fishymancer fan, welcome to the forums!

... address, social security number, credit card number--come on, don't hold out on us! Oh, high school? Okay nevermind. :whistling:

Welcome to the forum, Prometheus. I lived in CT for about a year and a half back when I was in high school, in the New London/Groton area.

Re: hey everyone!

Welcome to the forums, mate. How fitting it would have been if bob would have been the first to great you.

As for the tournaments, it really depends on what you want to do. If you're picking up the game to go at your own pace under your own rules, perhaps it's just best to dive in and pick up the tournies later.

Re: hey everyone!

Welcome to the forum, have fun and enjoy your stay. There are quite a number of active tournaments going on right now, but they're not really my speed (my char in the Certain Death tournament has been parked at level 9 for weeks) so I don't have much to recommend. If you want to look around, though, you can probably find something to pique your interest.

BTW, there'll be a forum-wide cookout tonight. We'll bring the grub, you bring the fire.

Re: hey everyone!

welcome to the forums, stay a while and listen

Re: hey everyone!

Welcome back.

Have a look around feel free to ask questions as people here are most helpful. Check out the stickies on rules, character builds, etc

The Certain Death Tourney is a lot of fun but maybe not the best place to start since it is a "No Vitality" tourney. Mind you it will teach you a thing or two

I laughed:)

Oh, and I don`t get Mareek`s joke.......yet. I`m getting dumber every year:) Might have to use a dictionary on that grub word.

Re: hey everyone!

WTH kind MF a welcome is that?!?

No pants stealing, shin-kicking or wallet-lifting?

And welcome :)
