Help with no cd for LoD

Ok the weirdest thing happened, i was playing dII LoD and it just quitworking, take out disc and it cracked? well anyway im trying to find a No CD crack that u can activate without having the actuall D2 LoD disc, if its possible plz help me how

Are you not concerned about why your CD was cracked by your drive? Does it not bother you that you will be unable to install the game again from this point onwards, unless you purchase another copy of the game? What happens if this occurs again with another CD (assuming your CD-Drive doesn't have little fragments inside it still)?
