Hey. Yes Pgem = Perfect gem. SPTF = Single Player Trade Forum. RWM = Rune Word Mod.
Installing the RWM is a matter of extracting a folder tree into your Diablo program folder and then modifying your Diablo start menu shortcut, as per the instructions in the zip download.
Insight is really the rune word bargain of the century, since it gives you +200-260% Enhanced Damage on any 4 socket polearm/stave and having played through Nightmare, you should have been able to find the runes. Also: the acronym "4os" means "4 open sockets", so people generally refer to a "4os Collossus Voulge" or a "5os Thresher".
The problem with making Insight for Hell mode is that it is hard or impossible to find elite polearms in Nightmare. The only polearms I've found were Ogre Axes but these can only have 3 sockets.
ATMA is the tool most people use to move items from character into so called "stashes", but you can also 'mule' between different characters.
If you wish to trade in the SPTF, you will have to read all the rules (read them twice
) but it may help you to observe the trades done by other people.

You could try to ask for (ISO = In Search Of) a premade elite (ethereal) Insight. Some people may have a surplus of those weapons.
Ethereal weapons are preferably used for Mercenaries, because they have higher damage and lower requirements than normal weapons. The normal drawback of an ethereal weapon is that it cannot be repaired, so it will break eventually. But on a mercenary it won't lose durability, so it won't break.
