hell pit mf'ing

lol i tried it.. better drop rate then hell pindle but i go hell meph/cave/meph/cave works nice..... pit has got me a HoZ and a pair of treks but thats it..... good thing i am sum what pacient :)

i'd rather stay away from the pits in hell....... never gotten any thing decent except the usual blues and occasional yellows. duhz.

but i find my nerc doing pindle > eldritch and shrenk > baal gets more results than pits.
crazy exp also.

Its all about mf, if you have more, do pits, less, do bosses. Once you have a good 500% and can kill efficiently I would certainly do pits just because you can find much higher quality uniques there.

My necro happens to have literally 0% mf. I do hell andy runs now that iv realized, the pit or any other areas similar will not drop well for those with no mf. However, he is great for countess runs, with less chance of her dropping items, i think she drops runes more often (i could be wrong) But iv almost always gotten multipule rune drops from her now. O_o

I'll try again when i get my mf gear setup.

Magic find will never have an effect on rune drops. For example, if you wear less MF, the countess is still no more likely to drop you runes. She's just less likely to drop Uniques/Sets/Rares/Magical items, in that order.
