grr, this whole "noob" thing

Ever since the trial against Misses Jackson activities involving children scare me.

But if you want to know if I can beat up a 10 year old, I would have to say: "yes."
 
You don't have to beat em up jus' to apply the much needed discipline. You jus' have tom show em who's boss somehow. Put em in timeout and take away his shako.
 
There was a slight misunderstanding. I thought you meant in real life. Forget what I said about beating children. Never happened.

Taking away his Shacko is pretty hars. Will he still have enuff stats to kill and pk if I take away his Heart of the Kbob?
 
Gotta love it when you beat someone fair, then they instantly say "noob" and leave, or just instantly leave without saying anything.

Anyway, the short version of the story is this: Someone threatened physical harm toward my girlfriend (with a knife in his possession). I beat him to a bloody pulp with a tire iron. I got charged with aggravated assault because apparently I should have let the authorities handle it. Got sentenced to 1 year, but got out much, much earlier due to a good lawyer, good behavior, and volunteering to do some community service. The other guy has a long stretch after he's done recovering. Attempted (r + ape) and a few other charges. Hope that satisfies those curious minds.

I wasn't present when he threatened her. He basically made it very clear that he was going to "get her", because apparently, she "overlooked" him and he's angry that she's with me, soon to be engaged. He tried to force himself on her, she got away and locked herself inside her house. She called me immediately after it happened. I went over to her house, and saw the cut on her arm that he did with his knife to intimidate her. I flew off the edge, drove over to the McDonalds that he works at and took care of it.

So yeah... they didn't feel that dragging him out of his place of employment by his throat and then breaking several of his ribs, his nose, left arm, collar bone, and fracturing his jaw constituted as "self-defense". I called the police on my cell phone while I was doing this. I told them that I had just beaten some slime bastard within an inch of his life, so they should send over an ambulence and some police. It's not very often that someone turns themself in like that, so that helped my case quite a bit.

Anyway, now that you all think I'm a raging psychopath.... :lol:

oh yeah, MM, there is no such thing as "self-defence" in america. You get suspended from school if you're the one getting beat up even if you don't hit back (which I think is utter bullsh*t). That's the reason why when someone f*cks with you here you beat the crap out of them once you get hit.

Kind of defeats the purpose now doesn't it? :rant:

D00d, that is some major damage! Try to kick him under the knee-cap next time. The knee-cap breaks of almost instantaneously and ends up half way up his upper leg. Stops them from fighting back. Worked wonders for me. Although they do make a hell of a noise.

With the lack of severe punishment in the Netherlands, it is always a good idea to fight back if you think you can win it. Just the other night it was on the news that the person, who beat a women in the street with a tile with the intent to kill, had gotten the amazing punishment of 12 months.

I understand how that goes. After .10 came out, I was doing a CS run with my lvl 80 something Summonancer. Some idiot kid kept overriding my Amp with IM and was using a Blood Golem. This was about two weeks after the patch and the fact that the BG/IM thing had long been fixed was fairly common knowlege. However, he insisted on spamming it overtop of my Amp, no matter what I told him.

As well, I was in a game to go kill the Ancients with another summoner, built shortly after I worked out the flaws in the first one. I had decided to go with Decrepify over Amp because I don't use CE and I'd rather have more crowd control than pure damage. It may take longer, but they seem to take fewer hits than they do killing a little faster. Well, some idiot barb kept screaming "USE AMP!" First off, he was in no danger of dying. Secondly, it was slowing down those Moon Lords quite well. Thirdly, with the investment I had already made into it, my Decrep was far more powerful (duration, radius, etc.) I told him that I don't use Amp and he went bananas on me.

Now, knowing what I do about the mechanics of the different curses, I doubt I'd ever override anyone using Amp, especially if they are using CE. That's just stupid.

But that's my .02.

Well, hopefully there won't be a next time, but he didn't really do much in the way of fighting back. He clawed at my arm as I was dragging him, but that was about it. The fight was pretty much over before it started, but the silly sod didn't know when to give up. I was keeping him there for the police, sof or every time he tried to get up, I had to hit him in the ribs with the tire iron.

All-in-all, the only damage I got was 3 scratches on my right arm and a busted knuckle (from fracturing his jaw).

I think I hijacked the thread enough for now... ;)
