Full Tal OR coh,hoto etc for Meteorb?

I think that's pretty much it. Which one makes more damage? Other gear would prolly be something like this:

Shako
Mara/some rare
Hoto+Spirit (spirit+cta o swich)
CoH
Frostburn/magefist
Arach
War travellers
Soj/bk/rare + Raven

Other gear choises are also appreciated. And this build is for pvm (mf'ing, rushing etc).

tal's set owns for pvm and its cheap compared to all that gear (I don't know if you have it or not already). I use tal's on my MF meteorb sorc and I can run anything in the game pretty easily (merc takes care of rare CI/FI)

That's a massive thread and I really don't feel like going throught the whole thing. Could anyone please tell me if this has been tested or calculated for a CL/FO sorc as well?
