Just soloed my first uber run.

I was a little nervous because I had previously attempted this and got OWNED by Lillith. I made the three portals and did the Furnace of Pain first. Before I saw any monsters, I popped a hidden stash and out came a vex rune-a great omen huh?
The Furnace was a cake walk, no OKs, just tricksters, pit lords and dark rogues. Izual was the last monster there and went down really easy.
Next I did the Forgotten Sands. Duriel was right on top of me and my army really took a beating for a while, so I TPed out and rebuilt and got some Urdars. It took a while, but Duriel bit the dust without any major problems.
Next I went to the Matrons Den and Lillith was in the first room out of the exit. She dropped my merc and most of my army almost immediately. I tried to take her on without urdars a couple of times and she really tore my army up in almost no time. I went back, rebuilt and got five urdars and was able to take her down without too much trouble.
With all three organs I started a new game and made the portal. I went straight up and then counter-clockwise around the edge til the ubers came out. Baal came right after me. I switched the curses between Decrepify and life tap depending on how my mercs life looked. I threw amp on to help get rid of that last little bit of life. He wasn't as hard as Lillith but was harder than the other two minis.
As soon as Baal was dead, Mephisto came swarming out of nowhere, but I found him to be very easy. I don't even think I lost any skellies.
I re-filled my urdars and went after Diablo. This time I was fighting for my life the whole time. He was non stop summoning Pit Lords, who were swarming all around coming after me and keeping my army from going after Diablo. Also, my merc didn't last very long against Diablo and I was constantly pouring purples down his throat, and not always successfully. I had to refill the urdars a few times and raise the merc a few times as well-each time completely rebuilding my decimated army. After a couple of army rebuilds I started focusing on the pit lords instead of Diablo (at this point there were 15-20 on screen). Once I started going after them, for some reason, they weren't being summoned as quickly. I got the Pit Lords to a reasonable number and went after Diablo. He took out my merc, then most of my skellies, then my clay golem. I was down to my last purple and a super healing potion and I wasn't sure if I would be able to beat him. The urdars had focused on Diablo and he was on his last tiny sliver of life as I dodged between pit lords. Finally, I saw him go down and the Torch and SoH drop, though I had to go back and rebuild to be able to kill all the pit lords before I could claim them.
The torch turned out to be exactly what I wanted-A necro torch with +15 attribute +20 All res.
