I think of it a 50 IAS. Either way you only lack 10 IAS to reach the final breakpoint. A jewel of fervor, maybe with a second mod, will get you there.

Depends on what your goals are bcoe, but I'd give p3 a shot if I were you. You'd be surprised how little difference it makes if you're handling p1 that well (which I'm not surprised you are, with dual griefs), and the rune drop difference between p1 and p3 is somewhat significant.
