FCR for PvP Billz Sorc?

hey do I need more than 63% fcr for a blizz sorc? The guide doesnt say much about fcr but i think 105% is overkill for a timered spell that is instant and lingers (so u can trap ur opponents) or am i wrong? do i need 105% fcr (someone said it was buggy). I was planning on a hoto+nightwing+arach+magefist+coh setup with max block of course using ss. this is fine right? i hate having no block T_T, and this setup provides ample fcr. Maybe I'll use frostburns or bloodfist and swap a soj for a 10% fcr ring. I'd have 40+20+10 fcr, breaking 63 and i'd have 30 more fhr and life and such. I dunno. I'm winging this article and i'm tired, so can someone help me with this?

200FCR is buggy with double cast... 105 is suggested for dueling for tele times, not blizz casting times... with a 105 FCR you can ussualy get in and out of places pretty quick, while laying down a blizz on the trip, 63 FCR just seems to slow to me to avoid other casters and things like traps especially.

well i thot necro in 75% fcr is fine, and 125% better. A 125% fcr nec=63% fcr sorc. I think if i go too fast i wont be able to place blizz correct.

it doesnt matter the speed you're going at, i can hit just about anyone with blizz no matter what speed they're going at or what speed im going at (if they dont tele all over the map i can hit them) Also, you would sacrifice res or power for 105 fcr

Power setup:
All of the below i listed as perfs with 5/5 facets
Nightwing
Death's Fathom
Sancuary Troll (or anyother shield you might want)
Blizz ormus or Coh
2x sojs
Maras or +3 cold skill ammy with life or anyother helpful mods
arach or snow clash
eth treks
frostys or magefists

cta/lidless on switch

that adds at most 80 fcr which aint enough

you can either sacrifice blizz ormus for magi to get an extra 10, or fathom for a hoto for an extra 20 and res

Overall:
Once again, i list them all as perfs and 5/5 facets

Mara's
Hoto
Sancuary
1x soj / 10 fcr ring with good mods
arach
magefists
eth treks
blizz ormus

cta / lidless on swtich

a total of 110% fcr, more then enough to hit the break point... as for res

40 hoto
70 sanc
30 maras
30 anya

170 res in all, ofcorse we can always um instead of facet the blizz ormus or nws.

i was hoping to get block so i'm not clocked by bowazons/widowmaker backups/charge. I never believed in the "art" of teleing like a freak. It wastes too much mana and if i always like to have protection vs all types of attacks. the 35% dr and 75% block is too much to pass up. If i ever wanted 105% fcr i think i would use a lidless+hoto+arach+coh+magefist+10% fcr ring, or a 10% fcr +1 sorc skill ammy (only 1 i got on ladder). In most cases if I needed that extra % fcr, its usually vs casters right? so ss wont be such a gid of a deal and i can swap it out for an um'd lidless.
