hi!

im just too lazy to read all guides and stuff, but when i was thinking about making a new char, i realised i never played a javazon..

this should be for pvm,
i have some questions:

if i use an infinity-merc, will it remove all the lightning
immunities in hell ?

on the javelin-skilltree, what synergies should i use,
i think 3 are enough ?!

do i need a valkyre ?

dex for maxblock only, more needed ?

gets the torch fire-triggered with lightning fury ?

Not all of them. If a monster's Lightning resist is more than 116%, it cannot be broken by Infinity's Conviction.

Charged Strike is the most commonly maxed, any left over skill points can go to synergies, starting at Lightning Strike. Light. Strike is the next most useful lightning skill for a Javazon.

do i need a valkyre ?

Only if you feel you need one. If you can play without it, then that's 20 skill points saved. Valks tend to mess around with monster herding. BUT they can provide a nice tank to have between you, your Decoy, and the enemies.

I'd say go with max block with your shield, any more doesn't really do anything for you.

Only if the Javelin of the LF hits an enemy. The bolts that are sprayed wont trigger it.

You don't have to MAX valkyrie to get nice tank. It will be just fine with only few points in it.

First things first. What are you building your character for? Are you intending to build her only for certain areas or make her an all rounder who can clear all areas? Lightning fury can be combined with many other skills to increase your versatility. I'm currently playing a javazon with lightning fury, charged strike and lightning strike, but I find lightning strike to be the most useless of the three and I hardly use it, even tho they are all maxed. So my opinion is that it's better to go on with just Lightning Fury and Charged Strike. Having a way to deal secondary damage is just great, if you plan to solo play.

I guess having infinity makes things a lot easier and viable to go on with just lightning, but I've had great success with LF // Freezing Arrow. An excellent build IMO, and the poison javelin route works very well too, at least on lower player counts.

Dex you just need enough for max block, like Eilo said. Just remember to count in +dex from items, as javazons tend to get a lot to stats from items like Titan's, Razortail, Ravenfrost etc...

It's your call whether to get valk or not, but I highly reccomend it. She's not considered the best tanking minion in the game for nothing. I would never build a zon without having valk someway or another. Taking valk also gets you Decoy, which is also a great tactical tool at your disposal. These two will make you feel a lot safer, trust me, since zons usually tend to be quite low health characters.

No, I think first thing's first is to read the guides and find your own information. Use the search function. Why do we have to go out of our ways to answer your questions when they have been asked before, and how do we know if you are not going to be too lazy to read the suggestions?

Besides, instead of answering specific questions over and over again if you read around many future questions will be answered and you won't need to make another thread. On the very first page a few questions have already been anwered... ie: griffon's does not break immunities.

it was just because i wanted to start immediatly and to prevent wrong stat points/skills.

i did find a good guide here now..

should be pure lightning build and i want her to be able to solo hell in games with more then 2 players relatively quick
