Extract Skeleton?!

Here is another idea for a skill, extract skeleton. This skill pits the spell casters mana against the living entities health in order to put a prized skeleton into their army of the living dead. The idea being that a living entity would have a better quality skeleton than one that's been beaten to death. So you beat up an enemy to the point of death then extract its skeleton in a kind of 'finishing move' fashion to get the best skeleton for your undead army. Thoughts?

Can you wear it's skin too?

I was thinking you could set the entrails on fire and swing them above your head like the old ball and chains flail weapons then hurl them at your enemy and set them on fy-rrr. Nice idea though with wearing the skin, maybe that would be better for another skill like ripping the skin of an enemy and using it as some fear totem. Leaving the enemy to run around without their skin suit on dabbing blood on everything they touch.
