An Ethereal Shako is the Must-Have accessory for the winter, according to Hireling's Bazaar magazine. Socketing this piece makes it a Timeless Classic (Ist, PT, 5/5 death facet).

In ladder one, I had an eth gull dagger that didn't lose a durability in over a year of ladder. Of course, your shako will not last as long as you will probably get a good number of random hits. The gull dagger was safe on switch.

lol, man, weapon durability only goes down when you actually hit something with your weapon. unless you're a super rare enchant mf sorc (wtf) then your gull durability will never go down.

it would last quite a while on a summoner necro also, a pvm trap sin(I know no one uses them for that), or a bowazon
I have an ethereal Shako on my Summoner merc. The +2 is unvaluable for boosting the Might aura. But remember Andy's Visage can do the trick too.
