Eth Dimen --- eth Phase?

Hi,
I've heard of folks with eth Phase Blades who upgraded from eth Dimensionals or even Crystals. So I figured I'd up my eth no socket Dimensional to Phase, get Larzuk to put 6 socks in it, and make myself an eth Phase botd.

But looking at the upgrade recipes, there seems to be no way to "up" a regular Dimensional that isn't rare or unique. Is this so? Does that mean there's no such thing as a eth Phase Blade runeword? (botd, Silence, Kingslayer).

Yep, Get an eth rare crystal/dimensional with 450% ED, IAS, etc, potential to be better then those other items.

Ypou can upgrade unique and rare items only, so an ethereal BotD phase plade is impossible..

Apart from that, IMO BotD is a waste on a phase blade. That weapon doesn't deal decent base damage and the +60%IAS are nearly useless because it needs only a tiny amount of IAS to be of optimum use for Fana+Zeal or WW anyway. BTW, it has only reach 2, wo it's not very good for WW.

Each time I find an ethereal dimensional blade, I let Charsi imbue it and if it gets nice mods (which hasn't happened so far), I might consider upgrading it.

I don't think phase blades can spawn ethereal (because of their inherent indestructibility)

Tyraels/Schaeffers and other uniques with "indestructable" cant spawn ethereal (with the exception of shadowkiller and a few others that will always spawn eth/indestructable)

An unidentified already has all its properties, including whether it's Templar's or Tyrael's Might if it's unique sacred armor. They are just not revealed yet. Therefore you know that it's Templar's Might if you have an ethereal, unidentified sacred armor, for example. You can try that out in single player. Find any item to be identified, leave the game, make a copy of the save file, load game, ID it, leave game, restore backup, ID it again. The item will be identical.
