the good thing about being down under is

however you can get married anytime as long as both the bride and groom (or bride and bride or groom and groom, its up to you) have consenting parents. interesting no.
Also the record for youngest parents is held by chinese kids, 8 and 9 cant remember who was older.

also i should like to take this time to point out that IMO the majority of criminals fall into either the lowest or highest category of intelligent, too stupid for their own good or too smart for their own good.

Or spike strips. Those work too.
Spike strips at 70....there's one thing I really wouldn't want to experience.

I just have to put my 2 cents in on this one. Spike strips may be bad at 70, but I know something else that sucks. Deer. Ever hit a deer going 65-70? It's not pleasant. Been there, ridden with someone who did that.
