I certainly didn't want to usurp Mr Votan's position, but in his absence I thought this place could use someone on the other side of the bar...

*Drops vodka, gin, tequila, white rum, and kiwi liqueur into a mixing glass. Lobs in some ice cubes. Tops up with lemon-lime from the post mix. Stirs. Garnishes with lemon spiral, two stripey straws, and a little umbrella. Slides it down the bar.*

Certainly sir. Shall I put it on Mr Durf's tab?

I'm sorry sir, I need to change the barrel. The London Porter will be back on in about 2 hours. Can I interest you in a Waggledance till then? It has honey in it...

*starts frosting the rim of the tequila glass with salt, using much skill in an attempt to catch Elenhin's eye. fails totally. mixes margherita and serves to wildjinn*

On another note - in less than 5 hours it'll be my birthday. Champagne all round, and all drinks on the house for 24 hours!

Not yet. I haven't even seen Vol1 yet, but I'll get around to it.
Haven't been to the movies since Return of the King, saw that ten times. It's so sad. The Lord of the rings trilogy is over. Going to the theatre would stir up too many memories.
