As far as MPing goes, how far along are you? I managed to clear the Den before people started IMing me (that'll learn me not to forget to sign out of MSN before I start.)

so yesterday was a full day. Had a job interview for a Multimedia Technician at the local community college. I think it went ok, but I'm not holding my breath. I've been away from video equipment for too long and I think it showed. Oh well.
In D2 news, my MA 'sin Khali had been stuck at lvl 78 for a while. very frustrating as at 79 I could use Nat's Mark and complete the set. In the meanwhile, I used dual Shadow Killers which was nice (lots of frost novas going off, freezing everything around) as well as replacing her Manald Heal with a Raven Frost stolen from my barbarian (cannot be frozen is my new favorite mod!).
Since questing through hell with my partner at /players 2 was resulting in very little XP, I spent some time alone doing NM WSK runs. took 5 of them to finally hit 79. might have only taken 4 had i not gotten lazy around a batch of Oblivion Knights and 1-hit killed myself thanks to IM curse. best rune I got were 2 Io's and best item Baal left me was a Grave Wand (which was nice since I didn't have it yet and it's better than what my necro is using now).
so now Khali is lvl 79 and fully decked out in Natalya's Odium but with the Mark on the off-hand (I didn't want to give up those novas, besides, the SK does more damage) and as test to see how having the full set helped, I did one more WSK run and finished it in about 1/2 the time it was taking. Haven't taken her back into Hell yet but I'm hoping that this is a turning point and she'll be able to progress a little faster now.

Yep, Mrs. Thang here is now wearing a bediamonded (marquise-cut, no less) silver braided ring, and preparing wedding plans.

I guess my biggest D2 news is that I'm posting here now, which is something I haven't been doing lately. The D-day for our baby's birth is closing in and we're pretty busy preparing for that, buying stuff for him/her and stuff like that. Of course I try sneaking in some other purchases every now and then like last monday when I upgraded my computer basically entirely without my lady even noticing a thing :innocent: But then again she has the same with clothes so I guess we're pretty much even :lol:

congrats Shalak on the engagement! been with my partner for 6 monthes now (after 3 years of long distance courtship between California & Sweden) and it really changes everything... in a good way.
and as far as kids go, the 5 fingers 5 toes thing is overrated. the woman who owns the local comic book store's first baby had 6 fingers. we all thought it was pretty cool. we told her comics were rubbing off on her and she gave birth to a mutant :lol:
