Etdlahq Memorial Bar - your shelter from forum crashes

My tummy is still upset. So no cooking for me. I'm back at "safe food". Broccoli. Chicken. Broccolli. Chicken. I do eat, I'm not losing weight, but I'm trying to get my tummy to stop being so upset.

When it's a bit more quiet at work - this is usually after 15.00 - I tend to listen to the BBC iPlayer, in the office, not at the desk of course, and with the door closed. If students need me all they have to do is look in my direction and I'm there.
However, listening to comedy on BBC radio is not without risk in a library.
I'm afraid I laughed pretty hard about a song about penguins. It was bloody brilliant and now we don't have enough penguins here.
Zokar!

Weird - it shows up on mine. Maybe cause it's a gif? Can you post gifs?

Oh, and lucky for me, today is over. Co-workers weren't bad today. Just trying to hold too much up [metaphorically,] and some things I don't need to be. Aikido was great fun tonight!

You really do sound like earlier mentioned friend/ex-neighbour, where I only have to replace Aikido with Krav Maga, which you can't do without risk I'd say.

Well, went for a few drinks with the lads, and lass, and many laughs were had, many stories shared. Great evening out.

Highlight has to be Dave setting Anish on fire - most amazing sight I have seen in many months! How we laughed! No one hurt but what a sight. Amazing.

Just making tea for some of the guys here. A great evening! Slightly fuddled though. It's all good!

Happy Birthday Em! :balloons:
Hope you are having an incredible good day with lots of cuddles and attention from the family.

I stopped counting at 29. ;)

That's in Norwegian, but I take my chances that you can read it. It's incredibly good. Must be even better with homemade pasta.

*fades back into the shades*

Happy birthday, Em!

I'm supposed to be creating a company procedure for acceptable use of computers and electronic media, but instead, I'm at work browsing forums. Oh the irony!

Edit: And tumbleweed. :( Bored, where are people?

What does it say about me that I find this utterly hysterical? Please don't tell me. I don't want to delve into this too deeply.
That you feel like colourful ponies make life easier and more enjoyable at times, and that you can appreciate the positive parts of the fandom - the creativity, the talent, and the humour?

You really do sound like earlier mentioned friend/ex-neighbour, where I only have to replace Aikido with Krav Maga, which you can't do without risk I'd say.
I don't know if that's a good thing or not... Knowing me, it could go either way. :) How did you intend that? ^.^

@pharphis - are you at 98 yet?

97.7 :d

Oops - I wondered how you posted that since it was under 10 characters. I didn't think it would post. >.>
spaces count as characters and it will delete all of the extra spaces I added between the two "words".

97-98 is 8k p8 runs for nihl, and 98-99 is 12k. This excludes exp shrines but I'm not sure how often I get those

The procedure should say that browsing the forum and playing D2 are the only acceptable uses of a computer. :D

Thanks kamap and moar for nice pasta suggestions! Will try them both on some occasion.

Had a nice birthday. Delicious food and wine and some strawberyy cheesecake for desert :-)
