Dry now i am disappointed with your reaction. I only see a white square with a red x where the pic is supposed to show up.

This appears to be one of those days you'd better stay in bed. Co-workers are making a mess of things again. So much frustration!

Weird - it shows up on mine. Maybe cause it's a gif? Can you post gifs?

Oh, and lucky for me, today is over. Co-workers weren't bad today. Just trying to hold too much up [metaphorically,] and some things I don't need to be. Aikido was great fun tonight!

Ha hahaha!! Maybe I should wish for a couple of hours of alone D2 time? :-) I got a nice pasta machine from my husband instead which made me very happy! Will use it this weekend. Question is what sauce to make? Hmm...
 
I think I will make the easist, tagliatelle. Since it's the first time. If you have an idea for a sauce: just bring them over: I am not so used to making fish in anything but veggie is ok and meat is what the husband would prefer...
 
Can be done with scampi's or beef strips

Peel and remove intestines of scampi / buy ready made scampi or cut your piece of beef in tin slices
Marinate with herbs (chicken or satemix, pepper, pilli pilli)
1 big onion coursely diced, fry in a bit of butter till glassy, add one clove of garlic.
Add a can of tomatopaste and a little water.
Add cream (2clish).
Mix the sauce and let simmer for a little while, season to taste with lemonjuice and salt.
While it is simmering you can do the baking of the scampi or the meat and boil the tagliatelle.
Boil your tagliatelli in salted water (or non salted), when done drain it.
Bake the scampi / beef slices in a hot pan with a little bit of oil or in a non stick pan.
Add the scampi or beef to the sauce.

The trainer really screwed up there.

I like food, I like cooking (special stuff) my wife is much better with the normal all day cooking, I don't cook enough though to be really good at it, I always have to check the recipes again and sometimes botch up, I can make some nice things though, mostly desserts.
I've also got a creative mind so I'm not scared to try new things or experiment with a recipe, or make something from scratch myself.

I'm the exception to the rule, I can drink one beer and just keep it at one beer. Has been a while since I drink any alcohol though, you all know why if you need a reminder let me refer you to the DoOL.
