Duels Games

Well, I *can* host but I'm on a 56k Dial-up from New Zealand which means BAAAAD lag for you, which is especially bad in PvP.
Hopefully Sint comes along and saves the day :)

Wow, does that mean when you join games hosted in North America you have to go through BIG lag?
 
I depends on who hosts, I was getting a bit of lag in that game but when Geep (he lives in California) hosts I have almost no lag except for the occasional huge lag spike.

You're really good. Maybe cuz I keep comparing people to pubby PKers, but I can tell you're experienced.
 
Im never on when you are because you seem to post at 5am where I live (England). Although I only have one PvP character ATM, and hes lvl18. What would really encourage me to get som high lvl dueling in would be if there were more than 2 or 3 people in every game I joined:(
 
Rule question:

In earlier versions of the rules they mentioned that both marrow and carrions bugs wasnt allowed.
But in these they only mention Marrow, so I presume that carrion is legit now?

When the rules mention the carrion exploit, they mean all items that come with charges that can be exploited for the synnergy bug. So no, you can't use carrion to gain damage without spending the points. Cheers!
 
OK, gotta plan my build more careful i guess.

Dont see why though, I mean they encourage 2 less cookie-cutter build (fury/rabies and FC/Rabies) While Marrows only strenghten one of the allready strongest builds in the game, the bonenecro. Also it gives 34 synergy points while carrion and stone only gives 21 and 16

And if you look at stone, it gives molten boulder which is the second fire spell, that would only give 36 skill points, so if you wanted to build a maul/FC bear the fireclaws wouldnt be powerful but the stone armor give a possibility to build a very intressing build.

IMO melee dueling should be more incouraged and tried to come up on somewhat the same level as the cookiecutters i.e wind druids, bonenecros, trappers and so on.

Hammerdins not being allowed to use concentration was a good call, but I think a strenghtening of melee builds is needed not just nerfing of casters/cookies.

Oh well, just my 2 cents.

Hurry up, man.

Yesterday I found 15/14 Sandstorms for my Sin, but I don't know if the 20% FHR (breaking one breakpoint) and some life or the 3% block I had from +7 Dex on my other boots would be better.
