Does Exploding Arrow Skill stack with Blood Raven Bow?

I see that Blood Raven's Bow firers level 13 Explosive arrows or bolts.

If I use my Exploding Arrow skill at level 20 - will it stack with the +13 from the bow.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

No. Blood Raven's (and all of the other "Fires Exploding Arrow" bows, such as Kuko and Brand) will simply turn your normal attack into an Exploding Arrow. If you use normal attack, it will be a slvl 13 ExA. If you use Exploding Arrow, it will be a level 20 Exploding Arrow (or whatever slvl your ExA is). If you use Strafe, it will be strafe (with no exploding arrows at all).

On the other hand, if you use standard attack to take advantage of the free exploding arrow, that exploding arrow WILL be synergized by any points you happen to have in Fire Arrow.
