does +57mana make it a baal GC?

i've been rolling to get proof of a baal GC
just wondering if 57mana is only on baal etc GC?

also, what the minimum life that can only spawn on such charms?!

No, it doesn't. You just need an ilvl 49 GC to have a chance for that affix which is the case for GCs dropped in Tal's Tombs and beyond.

Only Baal GCs can have 41+ life. BTW, GCs from Diablo and Nihlathak can have any affix as well and are thus are as good for rerolling as those from Baal himself.

No, it's not forbidden. It doesn't have a Diablo-related forum, it also doesn't promote hacks or dupes etc. BTW, I have it in my sig for a couple of years now.
