Did you notice any HF changes in 1.13?

I've done my first Nightmare and Hell forges solo with an Orb / CL sorc on the PTR realm (very happy I managed solo in such a long long time

Anyways, I noticed Hephasto is not Conviction enchanted only on Hell now, I spawned a Fana enchanted one. Was he always like this or is the Wiki wrong?

Also, I got an Ist rune. Now I know the rune drop rates have been upped, but do they effect the quest drop too?

I believe they changed that a while ago, so Hephasto is just aura enchanted. I remember having to fight a fanatic, stone skin, extra fast, extra strong Hephasto on hell with my bowazon. It was a very difficult fight.

Also congrats on the ist, as far as I'm aware, the forge drop has remained unchanged so far.
