This is the classic Meteorb from my days playing over decade ago and still a great build. I've played a Meteorb for a long time but do have a question though. The gear listed is best in spot gear but I've been wondering about dual Spirits.
You can get the same +4 skill by using an Occy and Upping a Vicer (for def and block rate) or more with CoH/HoA (which is what I have been doing for years) but the sacrifice is FCR at 80% or 9 frames). All things being said, she's a tank with the classic gear set up, I was just wondering if the loss of +1 skills (for the dual spirit) is worth the price for getting past that 105 break point. I guess there is also the drop down in block% with the Monarch which factors into it.
