Regarding Tal Rasha's Lidless Eye it can only go up to +2 to each mastery unless it's something else that you mean?

I would definitely be interested in the Tal's orb. I think I tentatively decided to try out a smiter build with Drac's and HoZ before I commit to the exile though. I haven't posted most of my other useful but more common items, but
I can do that if we want to work something out for the orb.

Otherwise something like 10 Pgems for the Tal's Orb would be ok?
