d2 in windows

type " -w" at the end of the shortcut (Without the quotes, and yes, with a space before the -)
 
"C:\Diablo II\Diablo II.exe" -w

Or whever your d2 is installed. . .

Just add -w at the end of it. .and you have to reopen d2. .you can't have it open then add it.
 
right click on short cut... go to properties.... click short cut tab, add " -w" to end of target box.... thats a space before -w

the problem with this mode is when you click outside of the window the game will minimize... so be careful
 
You have to change the resolution in Diablo to be able to change the size of the window. 800x600 = bigger window.

There are also other commands you can add to make it do different things, Like I've set mine to go to the Battle.net login screen when I load D2.
