Crushing Blow: A chance to reduce the enemy's health by X% in a single blow.
-Default: 1/4th
-vs. Players: 1/10th
-vs. Hirelings: 1/10th
-vs. Champions, Uniques, Bosses: 1/8th
-with missile weapons, default: 1/8th
-with missile weapons, vs. Players: 1/20th
-with missile weapons, vs Hirelings: 1/20th
-with missile weapons, vs Champions, Uniques, Bosses: 1/16th
Open Wounds: The chance of making a monster bleed uncontrollably. They lose health while bleeding. Essentially, it's similar to poison, but the damage that is dealt continually is based on your character level. If you check out the link below, it gives some calculations.
Deadly Strike: This is a chance to do double damage. For example, if you wield Cleglaw's Tooth, which has 50% deadly strike, that is 50% chance to do double damage with your physical attack (not with your spells).

To my knowledge, none of these work with summoned creatures. They can work with merc's, but only if the equipment that provides then is equipped to the merc him/herself.
