My Blizz Sorc managed this around her low 30s with the imbue quest.

Should've gone with an elite shield instead, but I decided to try a Round Shield for the low str req. Turned out semi-decent, but it ended up unused, muled away. The high lvl req ensures that I'll probably use some unique or runeword shield instead.
 
I made these about 3-4 years ago and still have the screenshot of them, just found them about a week ago on an old disk, isn't that an odd coincidence?

I typoed in my post, I meant to say that I found the screenshot, like I said that picture and those gloves are from like 3-4 years ago, and from back when I played on b.net. The sorceress in the picture was a level 97 novaorb 1.09 sorc named sauceress :p

Just kidding. I crafted a lot in 1.09, but never had any required level over 100, though I had heard of it. I should look through some of my crafts to see if I have anything still useful. I hate being so disorganized.
