Can I get 20% IAS on crafted blood gloves?

clvl 88, when shopped I get sharkskin or heavy gloves with ilvl 93. The resulting crafted gloves seem to be lvl 90.

Is this possible? what are the odds?

Yes you can. According to the affix calculator, you have a 9% chance.

hmm so If i wanted 20% IAS and +2 to spears & javelin skills

the affix calculator gives me this chance:
0.1447626 %

which is about 1:700, very nice.
