Concentration Question

It's probably been asked but I've been looking and can't find the answer. I know Concentration adds physical and magical damage, but does it add elemental damage too? I want to have a pally that only uses his merc with an act 2 cold merc. thanks for the help!

It only boosts physical damage and the Hammerdin's Blessed Hammer damage.

It does not boost/add magical damage, nor does it add elemental damage.
