computer/connection speed affect?

how crucial is it to be running on a fast system for a BvC?

I run on a 256 and its decent but my comp is ancient. I dont lag very much tho. does getting a fast system/connection help ALOT or is it something minor?

It's an old game, it doesn't need that much grunt. Just try to stay over 25-30fps. Much more important is a good low latency connection (NOT dialup.)

i second that! im a computer sience student so my words should have some weight(at least i hope so) :thanks: , and i'm currently playing on dup but im getting adsl soon :clap:

yea true...

on big screen my fps is about 35-40 and on small screen (600x480 or somethin) its 60 fps... my connection isnt too bad, but exiting games and **** is slow bkuz i got a pent 3 comp that lacks everything lol. buying new comp *** be a good idea? or no?


barbs are my fave char bkuz they are fun to play, im not very good tho...

i need a professional opinion here (mcm, blobs, revolution)
i just dont tele well with barbs

i'm proly no match for blobs but what link do u have, dup, dsl, cable?
P3 is fine for LOD, cpu MHz? RAM?

connection is 256/64 adsl

computer is p3, 750 mhz, 128 ram lol

its sucks *** big time, even having a bot turned on lags it.

Well. Dont use bots then, go and find stuff yourself. This will not make you lag.

cpu's fine for LOD, connection is not that bad, RAM's ok but it could be better, aldo it's not necessary. Maybe it's about graphic card?
Anyways, DON'T USE BOTS, PLAY THE GAME!
