That's what Highlord's and a Shael rune are for...unless IAS on gear doesn't affect WW...in that case, nevermind.

Only IAS on weapon counts, so shael would work, highlords won't.

yea an ed/ias would work too, but it would break eventually.

Ehm,, i tought only the ias on chaos counts for ww breakpoints, so basically if u put this ethereal suwayyah in a left hand u should not be penalized for speed on ww,, am i right,, any suggestions?

ias for ww only counts when the ias is embedded in the weapon itself. this is referred to as eias. outside ias (ias found on gloves, amulet etc) does not count for ww breakpoints.
