Can someone explain cold arrow?

I was looking at the zons elemental bow skills and I noticed the cold arrow converts a % of physical dmg to elemental. Does this added elemental come in after or before the synergy bonus from ice arrow? Also how does cs fit into this?

Ice Arrow synergy has nothing to do with it because it adds cold damage and the Cold Arrow conversion is from physical damage to cold damage. The conversion step is the last step of damage calculation and it comes after CS/DS.

I have had several replies else where agreeing with the idea of synergy multiplying:

(skill cold dmg+conversion cold dmg)*(synergy for ice arrow)

God I hope that you are wrong cause I already started her! :lol:
