Can Battle.net do anything about lost items due to glitches?

I was in a game with my Tal Rasha's set and messing aroudn with it comparing it to my other items. I had all the items on the ground and had a connection time out. My whole Tal Rasha's set is gone and when I tried to rejoin the game, it was gone. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do to get this back?

damn you 100% sure? Luckily, I just traded for 3/5 parts of the set so I'm on my way I guess.

No, I think there's only a 86.73% chance of Evrae Altana being correct, keep trying.

Yeah, there's no way to get your stuff back. I guess next time you wanna compare items or whatever, keep the gear in your stash and inventory. Or have someone in the game with you.
Sorry to hear that you lost you're gear though, Battle.net can be extremely unstable at the worst of times.
