blocking and ar questions

would socketing a stormsheild with a shael mean less in dex, and would only usng ravens (19 dex each) help achieve enough Ar in pvp with abouut a lvl 38 fury and is range of 2 good enough in pvp

socket with shael increases block rate, socket with eld to increase chance to block. Usually in melee duels 20k AR is enough, depends on the setups of you and your opponent's chars. Range 2 is good enough for fury vs fury.

Chance To hit is also better if your higher lvl than your oppenant i think not 100% sure maybe one of the other forum members could clarify this ^^
