Best place to find Divine Scepters?

Best place to find Divine Scepters?

If I were looking for War Scepters with 4 sockets and +3 to Holy thunder or a plain 5 socket Divine Scepter, where would the best place to farm? Normal Cows? I know that if I go too far into the game some mods just don't spawn anymore (like Skeletal Mastery on things you find in hell)

WHAT? i never seen that skill in diablo2x.

other wise, i am finding them quiet often in CS on hell mod, and pits when i bother to run them.
but not that often in Hell cows weirdly when they tlvl is lower :S

He probably means Holy Shock... Divine Scepters drop more often in Nightmare, from cows or act 3 monsters (flayers, bats, zombies and the like), for War Scepters the best place is usually normal but they might not be able to spawn with Holy Shock. You can check the odds for different monsters using Silo's calc

Yeah...I figured NM cows...and Holy Shock being a level 18 skill (tier 3?) should drop fine in NM cows. Thanks for the calc. Is it a copy of the ATMA calc?

It's similar, a little improved I think since the ATMA calc had some small flaws. Holy Shock is level 24 (tier 5, since tiers start with the level 1 skills), but NM cows should be able to drop it anyways. Good luck!
