Dueling kestegs has the effect of granting a pardon to FoE and BPC and anyone else you consider scummy.

This is interesting. I remember Gwahir corrected someone about his politician being at night. And with a tracker and a watcher, would he really not politician / poison the same person?
If Kestegs is bad or got turned somehow, would this end the game for the town? There are 9 left, a lynch, poison, nk leaves 6, so hopefully not?

Yes. I can see activated abilities and will gain a shot of them. I can target one person per night. If that person uses an ability (except factional nightkill) I will get a shot of that ability. It worked with dj's ability.
It is correct that I would not know if he performed a kill. Neither would I know if he had an ability that he didn't use. So I don't know if he is what he claims. I just know that he didn't do anything (except possibly kill) last night.
I chose him because he is unconfirmed. Nobody has said anything about him doing or not doing anything at night. I didn't think he'd be worried about me using my ability on him either, so I thought it likely he would use his night ability if he had one. You were actually my other choice, but it looks like kestegs has spotted you. So I'm happy with my choice.
I cannot use my ability and a gained ability in the same night. As it is right now, I do not have a gained ability anyway.
I'll be voting for either FoE or Gwaihir today.
When you targeted djm, you said you wanted to gain an extra night's worth of that role in case he was killed. Why didn't you do the same with either doc, watcher, tracker or politician roles? How did targeting thefranklin help you determine if the thefranklin was telling the truth about his gladiator ability? How did targeting thefranklin help you determine if he was town/scum?
It helped me determining if he used a night ability. If he had done that we would have known that he lied. That's a pretty useful thing to know in my opinion. I do not know if he's town or scum though. I would have known he's scum had he used a night ability.

Regarding Gwaihir as poisoner:
Poisoner looks to be a night action. Politician has always been a day action. If Gwaihir is the poisoner, it's likely the "politician is a night action" is just a cover to hide from the watcher/tracker. Therefore, it wouldn't surprise me to see my vote being swapped instead of thefranklin's.

This nails the issue with you. You tried to catch scum with a role that is going to be highly unlikely to do so. If scum have a non killing night power they are likely to have claimed it due to a watcher and tracker.

That is correct. I was bluffing earlier in the day trying to get someone to admit that they targeted me. Either nobody targeted me or they called my bluff. (mostly aimed at moar/bpc)

kestegs neither watched Laarz nor Noodle. Gwaihir could have targeted Laarz with the politician ability during the day and Noodle at night with the poisoner ability.
