Ya I've seen that a few times with Shenk
Same for mauls and legendary mallets and their normal/exceptional/elite counterparts: they are "hammers." Alas, I can never put much of anything rune word into a legendary mallet (I'd love Oath in an ethereal v1.07 one). For runewords, no. For Barbarian's Mace Mastery, yes.
So I'm shopping claws for my lightning trapper. I read the guide on shopping claws and I'm shopping them now. I was sort of wondering who here has done it before and what sort of length of time I should expect to be shopping them before I get a traps/LS claw that I need, or a +skill/LS claw. I think I have only done it about an hour now (haha), and I have a feeling that it takes far longer than that and I sort of want to know how long I should expect to be digging into this. I am getting this feeling that it's going to be a months or years long deal and that I will lose my mind doing it.
Yeah I don't think I am that invested in this character. It is definitely a cool build, lots of fun to play for sure and it was a riot to level. But shopping is so mind numbing I don't think I got what it takes.Assuming this is for PvM, I would just settle for Cunning Greater Talons. It is a lot of work to find one with the right staffmods, I don't think the fort is worth it unless you are playing PvP or going for 99.
Anyway, I got a question about Travincal. I rerolled maps until I had one where all Council members are spawning outside the building, on the balcony. Problem is, once in a while they don't, and instead they all spawn inside, except for the CI boss. While not that bad, it does slow me down. So I'm wondering, what makes them spawn inside every so often? Does it work the same way like LK racks, where taking a different path leads to a different drop from the rack? I'd think it's something like that, it's only that the differences in my route are really small. I mean, after a while you really do teleport from the waypoint almost exactly the same way to the balcony as the time before, and the time before that.
Pharphis - running 1.07 gives you higher chances from the start, but even by running 1.07 he is certainly not Nulio when we talk about luck. But, sooner or later someone is bond to have epic luck drop that bring victory, maybe now it is the time for it to happen! Naturally I would give Phar 1/2 to win whole thing, but realistically he has 1/3 to deed his barb before the end, so "only" 1/3 to win RFO after all.
