Yes, but they'll still have about 40% LR, and the bosses will often be unbreakable so fighting LIs with lightning is a losing proposition no matter which way you put it. Also, a really weak weapon like CM pb won't leech jack, unless you have dracs and/or exile and still then it's doubtful.

Another problem is that holy shock dmg is just really poor compared to physical builds. So you will take a long time to kill councils on high psetting.

I'll mess around with it and if I'm not happy with it, I'll make him a full physical build. Is grief the way to go in that case?
 
Finally hit level 91 last night with my Freezealot so i am not happy to have a look and see how easy it is to get to Meph as exploding dolls are the only thing more annoying than spine beasts and burning dead archers.

No runes higher than Lum dropped all week but a few new grailers for me of note like Highlords, M'Vina's gloves and a Runemaster.

Also have a Valkyrie wing which i thought was Vampire Gaze until i ID'd it :(

Oh i have a little question, how many pixels across is the XP bar out of interest so i know how much it takes to get bigger?
 
The white area that indicates your current progress towards the next experience level is 120 pixels long (by two pixels high ;)).

Crap, I was planning on making an oath balrog blade for my barb. Hmmm, maybe I'll rethink some things
 
Truth! And I'm only one rune short of grief, so maybe I'll just look for some axes and make them both. Then I can mess around with them on the barb and the pally!
 
ND Update: Finally got D2 running on my new computer. My graphics card was not letting me keep the game full screen but also maintain the proper aspect ratio so stuff was all stretched and weird looking. Finally got it figured out though. This week: Cow runs for the triathlon. Should be sick awesome. It's super fun to play on my new computer, things run perfectly and look great. My new keybaord also feels really great under my fingers. I feel like I have more control, so the AT runs I was testing out on it today felt really really good. I felt way safer overall, all my spells felt so crisp and precise. It was fun :)

but AT has been rather stingy with anything good - only thing i got was griswolds redemption

Does infinity help with cows? I was under the impression that the only thing practical it did was break cow kings immunity.

Also, if you're running cows, anything you find this week (today 10/8 - sunday 10/13) qualifies for the tournament. There's no entry required, just post up your top 5 finds from this week only and you can help judge for this week (it's just participants elect the winner). There's no set prize as of yet as far as I know, so it's mostly just for spf glory, but there might be something extra as well. Feel free to hop in and post up some finds!!

On my light sorc, with infinity. I usually do the lowest mf I can, and run on p7, searching for bases. Infinity doesn't break the cow king's immunity - not sure about making regular cows die any faster. I know it helps on my javazon, so I'd assume it does the same for the sorc. I know my light sorc can melt the cow level pretty quick with it.

I absolutely hate running cows. Tried doing it for the triathlon but I dunno if I'm going to try and post up a top 5 for this one.

<333. I rerolled my LK map and got what I would call the perfect map. I'm actually debating posting a screenshot of just the map lol, so I figured I'd do a few runs. Ist + fal and I was liek :OOOOOO
