Any of these Amulets Rings worth anything

Not really unfortunately.
For rings the following stats are desired:
10fcr
strength (15+)
dexterity (15+)
life (30+)
mana (70+)
attack rating (100+)
all res (11)
individual resistances (15+)
min dmg (9)
life and mana steal (rarely are these sought after alone)

Now the values in parenthesis are a little subjective and will vary depending on how many of these stats you get. There are some guides where people assign points to each of these stats say 1 point each and then will say you need say 4 or 5 points to be a gg ring.
A 20 str/11 all res ring (2 points) with nothing else desirable on it probably wont have much value but a 10fcr(1)/10str(.5)/15life(.5)/40mana(.5)/15 l res(1)/15 fire res(1) ring (4.5 points) would be pretty close to gg and would probably fetch ber+ pretty easily.
That sort of points system can be flawed IMO though because for most builds having either dual steal or 10 fcr is absolutely necessary so you can have 5+ points in the other stats and still have a hard time/impossible to trade ring. And alternatively a 10 fcr 20 str ring would probably fetch a decent amount.

Amulets are a bit harder to price and trade as the different builds require much different breakpoints but for the most part you want +2 skills/some fcr/all res. Anything not having all 3 of those + will be hard to trade (but not necessarily impossible). There are some exceptions such as +1 to skills or +2 to a skill tab can be valuable if the rest of the amulet has an extremely good roll. Also a lot of people think 20 fcr is a must on a gg amulet but it's really not, in fact most builds will never actually need 20 fcr on the amulet because they max out their fcr breakpoint easily with other gear. Most sorc builds for example can usually get away with very low fcr on the amulet.
