Hi
So i was doing a mule trade with someone on this forum.
I logged into the mule account provided, dropped the items, entered with my account, picked it up, then dropped my items in another game after perming it, and logged on to the mule to pick it up for him.

when i tried to log on to my account again it says 'account does not exist, if not logged on for 90 days etc etc...'
i know im spelling it right and on the right realm - uswest
i could log in fine with a new account, different name, but iono where my normal account is.

If blizz was going to bann it they would have said account banned...
any ideas?

also when i tried to log into different realms as a test, someone is usingmy cdkey in europe's realm. iono if that affects anything. i log into uswest fine with another account.

If this was a new account you created for mule trades, did you perm the account?

And even if it's not that, your CD key being used on another realm sounds kind of bad. How did you acquire your CD keys?

If you purchased your copy of D2 from anyone other than blizzard or a retail store, you're probably playing with keys sold to someone else as well. When creating mule accounts, as with any account, you have to perm the account.

So just to make sure I have it right...

You were logged into your account, then you logged out of it just for a moment to complete your mule trade, and in that short time it disappeared?

There's no way that an account would just vaporize like that. If you're absolutely sure you're on the right realm and arent mistyping anything then it sounds like you might have confused the server by logging so much. Try again in a day and see if it doesnt fix itself.

And yes, you need to get your own personal CD keys either from Blizzard direct, or buy a brand new, never-used physical copy from Walmart or Gamestop or something.

it wasnt a mule account that was gone, but my main account which was permed.

i tried logging in today but it's still the same thing. I've sent an email to blizzard.

yea the cdkey i bought online since i had the game but lost my original, shouldnt have done that.

i was temp banned for like 1hr earlier that day for joining too many games ( i was doing quick runs)
but i didnt do anything for like 5 hrs, till the mule trade went down.

Honestly, I think you will have to buy a new copy of the game if you wanna play on that account again. I wouldn't try getting help from Blizzard since you bought the cd key online.....they don't tend to look too fondly on that type of transaction. Unfortunately,what these cd key warehouses do is sell the same cd key more than one time....more money for them.....the problem is, this type of thing can occur.
